In the beginning, my ultimate goal was to be skinny.

Since January of 2011, I've been striving to educate myself on how to exercise, how to eat, and how to make the best possible choices for myself all around. I still struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle on a daily basis, but I'm on the road to improvement.

My intention is to inspire myself to be healthy.
